Minimum-stay requirements vary by city based on local ordinances. For example, Los Angeles locations generally require a minimum stay of 30 days, while Beverly Hills requires a minimum initial lease term of one year.
If you are looking for a stay of less than 30 days, please contact us. Our partner hosts may be able to provide independently operated listings that accept shorter reservations, subject to availability and applicable local regulations.
Yes. You may request an in-person viewing directly by contacting us. A local host coordinator will contact you to arrange an available time, typically within 24 hours. Please note that viewing availability may vary by property, and some rooms may be occupied at the time of your request.
Open your reservation from your account and select Change Dates to submit a request.
Date changes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed. If the new dates result in a different rate, any adjustment will be applied to your reservation balance.
