Really great stay overall! Everything is super clean, the kitchen and living room is spacious and well stocked, there was a fridge and kitchen supplies in the room itself as well as main kitchen so there was tons of room for my food, and there's onsite laundry and ample street parking. The onsite manager was amazing, super responsive and helpful, and the Airbnb hosts on the platform were very responsive as well. The only criticism I have is I think it would be helpful to have some (enforceable) rules in the shared rooms. I got unlucky and ended up having major issues with one of my roommates during my stay and there weren't any mechanisms in place or support from the hosts to help me resolve them. Having rules in the rooms related to things like quiet hours, cleaning, etc. as well as enforcement and more help from the hosts in resolving problems (besides calling Airbnb which is useless) would do a lot to avoid a situation like I had. Overally I would highly recommend this listing!

1. Guests are expected to maintain a respectful living environment. Quiet hours are observed from 8:00 PM to 9:00 AM. 2. Doors should be closed quietly, particularly during quiet hours. 3. Pets and additional occupants are not permitted without prior authorization. 4. Illegal downloading or streaming of copyrighted content using the property’s internet service is prohibited and may result in penalties from the service provider. 5. Heating (if provided), cooling (if provided), lighting, and electronic devices must be turned off when not in use or when leaving the property. 6. Laundry must be removed promptly after use. 7. Shared areas (kitchen, bathrooms, and common spaces) must be cleaned immediately after use. 8. Personal belongings must be kept within designated areas.
