It’s just okay. The host is nice, although the messages feel very AI-generated and the profile photo may even be an AI avatar. Nothing wrong with that, but it makes the place feel impersonal. I stayed here for over a month. The room itself is comfortable and has what you need: TV, AC and a desk for work. In that sense, you can’t complain. However, the cleanliness sucks. There were cockroaches, the place was dusty, and my room was never cleaned. The bathroom is dirty and cramped. The shower door doesn’t close, so you have to use the curtain, making the shower super cramped, especially if you’re 6’2 like me. The showerhead is also low and fixed. The kitchen isn’t well stocked, so bring your own equipment if you plan to cook. The stove is janky and works maybe 50% of the time. The living room is basically just a couch with no TV. Overall, I don’t hate the place, it’s just okay. But for the price, it’s absolutely not worth it. Around $2k/month for co-living in this apartment? Hell no.

You’re staying in a home with three rooms and two washrooms, and the bathrooms are shared among the household. The door locks, and everyone enters through the same shared entry point.
